This kind of fiberglass sleeving produced with the process of thermal treatment and vulcanization is the is the non alkali fiberglass braided sleeving coated with silicone.This sleeving possesses good qualities of dielectric high temperature resistance and cold resistance and can be used as wiring insulator for H grade electrical machinery, special bulbs electrical soldering iron, electrical irons, as well as other household appliance and their protection device.

PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS
Resistance to soldering heat Pass, ( only for sleeving having nominal Bore dia. Up to and including 5 mm )
Volatile content 1.5 % max
Bending after heating No cracking or detachment of coating shall be visible and the original colour shall be clearly recognisable after 48 (+-) 1 hr at 260 (+- ) 5 °C
Bending at low temperature No cracking or detachment of coating shall be visible after 60 (+-) 10 min. At –70 (+- ) 5°C
Hydrolysis of coating No running of the coating, adherence between sleeving and paper, between the pieces of sleeving nor any sign of discolouration of the paper
Insulation resistance 10 n MW ( at room temp. n = 5) after damp heat n=4
Flame propagation. Method B, 60 s max. İı addition , the indicator flag on any one of the three test speciments shall not be burned nor shall flaming or glowing particles or flaming drops ignite the cotton
Thermal endurance, Temp. Index at 20000 hours 200
